Attachment File Types

Users can attach the following document types to their email message. With the exception of the Word document files listed below, ALL file types are converted to PDF format before they are sent to the secure print queue. If a file is submitted in PDF format or in any of the Word formats, the file is sent straight through to the secure print queue without additional processing.

• Words (.txt, .doc, .docm, .docx, .htm, .html, .xml, .rtf)

• Cells (.csv, .xlsb, .xlsx, .xlsm, a .ods, .xls)

• Imaging (.png, .jpeg, .jpg, .tiff, .tif, .gif, .bmp)

• Slides (.ppt, .pptx, .ppsx, .pptm, .odp)

• PDF (.pdf)

• Diagram (.vsdx, .vsd)

• Tasks (.mpp)

• CAD (.dwg, .dxf)

• Note (.one)
